Finnos Fusion Brings Cutting-Edge Log Scanning to Uruguay

Finnos and ARBOREAL S.A. have agreed on the delivery of a Finnos Fusion x-ray log scanner. The scanner will be installed and commissioned in Q1/2026 at Arboreal’s sawmill facility in Tacuarembó, Uruguay. Finnos Fusion combines advanced laser, RGB, and X-ray measurement technologies. This is boosted with state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI) defect detection to help maximize any sawmill’s lumber yield and grade recovery.
